Lead Rider – Collections & Credit Management

About the role

The Lead Rider will conduct field visits to customers to collect overdue payments, deliver collection notices, and support recovery activities while adhering to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers at residential or business addresses to collect overdue payments.
• Facilitate payments through approved digital or banking channels whenever possible.
• Collect cash or cheques only when specifically authorized and issue official receipts.
• Encourage timely payments, explain payment options, and record payment commitments (Promise to Pay).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid motorcycle driving license and ability to ride safely across assigned areas.
• Physical fitness for extensive field duties.
• 2-3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, courier services, or similar customer‑facing field operations.
• Integrity, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of collection processes.
• Proficiency with mobile applications and handheld devices.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with digital payment methods and route planning.
• Time‑management abilities.
