Leadership Curriculum Development Specialist

About the role

Mediatiz Foundation, an innovative EdTech organization, is looking for a seasoned Leadership Curriculum Development Specialist. You will design, develop, and continuously improve graduate‑level leadership programs, translating cutting‑edge research into engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review, enhance, and create leadership training curricula, including modules, assessments, and course materials.
• Apply evidence‑based instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to guide curriculum improvements.
• Integrate contemporary leadership models (transformational, servant, adaptive, systems) into program content.
• Design assessments, capstone projects, and rubrics to measure learning outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training for educators and facilitators.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, facilitators, and external partners.
• Iterate curriculum based on feedback and outcome data.
• Travel to other Pakistani cities for program delivery and on‑ground insights.

Required profile

• Minimum MS in Leadership; PhD strongly preferred.
• Experience in curriculum or instructional design.
• Deep understanding of leadership theory, adult learning, and competency‑based education.
• Strong research background with ability to translate academic literature into practice.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay for extended periods.
