Learning & Development Executive – QSR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Executive to lead training initiatives across our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) branches. You will work closely with front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house and rider teams to ensure consistent service standards, hygiene practices and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site training sessions for all branch teams.
• Deliver practical workshops, role‑plays and on‑floor learning experiences.
• Support implementation of SOPs, hygiene protocols and service flow procedures.
• Prepare training materials, checklists and performance reports.
• Coordinate training schedules with Branch Managers.
• Maintain accurate training records and completion trackers.
• Assist with audits, evaluations and follow‑up retraining as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, hospitality or training roles.
• Strong understanding of restaurant SOPs and service culture.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable delivering practical, hands‑on training.
• Willingness to travel across multiple branch locations.
• Organised, energetic and proactive in follow‑ups.
