Learning & Development Manager & Pack Management Lead

About the role

GSK is seeking a dual‑focused professional to lead Learning & Development initiatives and oversee Pack Lab operations. The role partners with business units to define capability priorities, design and deliver learning solutions, and ensure packaging activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a function‑specific L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct learning needs assessments using GEMBA, role analysis, focus groups and interviews.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to define learning objectives, evaluation metrics and the optimal mix of instructor‑led, e‑learning, blended and social learning.
• Broker resources across the GL&D function and external suppliers to deliver solutions that follow global frameworks and standards.
• Support delivery and facilitation of learning interventions, including leadership and business‑skills curricula.
• Lead day‑to‑day Pack Lab activities, projects and compliance tasks in line with GSK safety, quality and QMS requirements.
• Ensure packaging processes meet regulatory standards and maintain documentation as required.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Science degree.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in learning & development or packaging compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments and manage ambiguity.

Required skills

• Learning needs assessment techniques (e.g., GEMBA, role analysis).
• Instructional design principles, including 70/20/10 model.
• Experience with blended learning delivery methods.
• Knowledge of packaging quality and regulatory compliance standards.
