Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that is a global technology leader, seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver specialized training programs for a worldwide workforce. This is a remote, contract position offering a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions to employees and external partners.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and post‑training evaluations.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging, and up‑to‑date content.
• Maintain records of training participation, certification status, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate training or education development.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience tailoring content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
