Learning & Development Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for a global technology leader. This remote, contract position focuses on upskilling a diverse workforce and aligning learning initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions for employees and external partners.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and engagement.
• Maintain comprehensive records of participation, certifications, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to adapt content for varied learning styles and technical levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using authoring tools to create interactive learning assets.
