Learning Specialist (Remote) – 2 Hour Learning

About the role

Join the 2‑Hour Learning engine to transform AI‑generated performance data into real‑time interventions that help K‑8 students achieve mastery in just two focused hours per day. Working remotely, you will coach learners, resolve blockers on live calls, and design AI solutions to accelerate learning speed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports, analyze anomalies, and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response rescue calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to clear knowledge gaps.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps while designing AI/LLM prototypes to improve learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of coaching, training, or instructional experience with K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group settings.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts.
• Minimum 6 months using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional workflows.
• Availability to work core hours 8:00 AM–12:00 PM U.S. time, Monday‑Friday.
