Learning Specialist – Remote, $60k/year

About the role

Join the 2‑Hour Learning engine that helps K‑8 students master academics in just two focused hours a day. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into real‑time interventions, coach students live, and design AI solutions that accelerate learning.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports, flag anomalies, and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response rescue calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve blockers and keep learners motivated.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps while designing AI/LLM prototypes to improve learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of coaching, training, or instructional experience with K‑8 students.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Proven ability to use Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience (6 months+) using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows.
• Availability to work core hours 8:00 AM–12:00 PM U.S. time, Monday‑Friday.
