About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Sciences to join its academic team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will deliver lectures and practical sessions, mentor students, and contribute to the university’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and laboratory sessions in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare, update, and maintain teaching materials reflecting current scientific developments.
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and research projects.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in recognized journals.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and review course curricula.
• Participate in academic committees, accreditation, and quality‑assurance activities.
• Maintain professional registration with relevant regulatory bodies, if required.

Required profile

• MPhil or MS degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience meeting Higher Education Commission criteria.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster an interactive learning environment.
• Demonstrated research experience and publications in recognized journals.
• Registration with the relevant council, if applicable.
