Legal Assistant – Night Shift (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to join our litigation support team on the night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM). This full‑time, on‑site position involves high‑volume document review, financial auditing, and drafting of legal correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Review extensive client files and financial ledgers to extract transactional and billing data.
• Calculate billed professional fees, payments, and outstanding balances, flagging any discrepancies.
• Use firm templates to compile verified data into official legal correspondence and demand letters.
• Maintain case statuses in the firm’s Case Management System and upload completed drafts to cloud directories.
• Collaborate directly with US‑based attorneys and lead paralegals to resolve missing information or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented and resilient with strong data‑entry stamina.
• Ability to meet daily processing targets while maintaining a near‑zero error rate.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using PDF editing software.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based file management systems.
