About the role

We are seeking a fresh law graduate or junior Legal Associate to support legal research and contract drafting for U.S. healthcare providers, physicians, and medical services.

Key responsibilities

Draft physician, provider, and healthcare-related contracts.
Conduct legal research to support contract preparation.
Understand contract structures, clauses, and requirements.
Ensure contracts are drafted accurately and completed within deadlines.
Manage multiple drafting assignments while maintaining contract timeliness.

Required profile

LLB or equivalent law degree; 1‑2 years experience required.
People with international degrees will be preferred.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Ability to work with redline contracts and document changes.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Personal laptop and reliable internet connection required.
