Legal Compliance Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to join a global technology leader on a remote basis. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and ensuring that contracts and other legal documents meet all applicable laws and internal policies. You will work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address legal queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.
• Verify that all documents adhere to relevant statutes, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and related correspondence.
• Identify and help mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
