We are seeking a Legal Consultant to join a global leader in the technology, information and internet sector on a contract basis. This remote position allows you to apply your legal expertise to support business operations, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance across diverse projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Provide expert guidance on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for business decisions.
