About the role

We are seeking a Legal Expert to support a leading technology platform that connects freelancers and micro‑task workers. The role is fully remote and part‑time, offering the chance to shape policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide dispute‑resolution processes for a global gig‑economy service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for legal compliance.
• Advise on legal risks related to micro‑tasking operations, including data‑privacy and labor regulations.
• Assess and mitigate cross‑border transaction risks and intellectual‑property disputes.
• Provide legal support for user disputes and platform‑related inquiries.
• Monitor evolving laws affecting gig‑economy platforms and ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review and drafting for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in legal contexts.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
