About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert to work remotely on a part‑time basis, supporting a global technology leader that operates micro‑tasking and freelance platforms. You will help ensure that the platform’s policies, contracts, and dispute‑resolution processes comply with evolving local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and update terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for legal compliance.
• Identify and advise on legal risks related to data privacy, labor law, cross‑border transactions, and intellectual property.
• Support the resolution of user disputes and respond to platform‑related legal inquiries.
• Monitor changes in gig‑economy legislation worldwide and recommend proactive compliance measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing and drafting contracts for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to explain complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
