Legal Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Officer to join our Islamabad team and support the UK‑based legal operations of Stride Legal. The role involves handling a diverse caseload, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied legal caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and advisory work.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in line with company standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with UK legal teams to align cross‑border legal matters.

Required profile

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid foundation of legal knowledge and analytical ability.
• Law graduate with some exposure to corporate or legal environments.
