Legal Research Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to join a global software development leader on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will investigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks, translate findings into technical requirements, and help shape compliant, innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to embed legal insights into product architecture.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Draft technical documentation and guidelines to ensure legal compliance throughout product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
• Experience conducting regulatory analysis and working with compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
