Legal Research Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to join a global software development leader on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will bridge legal expertise with technology, helping shape products that comply with complex regulatory frameworks while driving innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and summarize statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to product development.
• Design and prototype technical frameworks or tools that automate portions of the legal research workflow.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to embed legal insights into feature specifications.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on current and future technology solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and compliance guidelines for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in regulatory analysis and compliance assessment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting documentation and guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing or evaluating automation solutions for legal processes.
