About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contractor basis. Working remotely, you will apply your legal expertise to support the development of next‑generation AI systems, ensuring contracts and regulatory matters align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize outcomes while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Perform legal research and case analysis, preparing documentation for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Assess regulatory compliance and support due diligence for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide real‑world legal input to AI development teams and collaborate to identify and mitigate risks.
• Design and implement solutions that improve business processes, leveraging domain knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and analysis with strong knowledge of contract law.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, capable of delivering actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high‑quality documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, results‑focused team.
• Domain knowledge in finance or technology, with understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
