About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Specialist to support a global leader in software development and IT services. The contractor will review legal documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable advice to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide clear, actionable legal guidance on regulatory and contractual matters.
• Draft and revise terms of service, privacy policies, disclaimers, and related documents.
• Assess legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns.
