Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on reviewing, drafting, and ensuring compliance of legal documents while providing guidance on legal matters. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to mitigate legal risks and support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks.
• Proficiency with legal document management systems or related tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.
