About the role

We are looking for a Linear Administrator to join a global technology client on a contract basis. The role focuses on applying deep knowledge of the Linear platform to support AI training initiatives, helping shape how next‑generation models learn from real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured feedback on Linear workflows and features to improve AI training data.
• Test and evaluate Linear functionalities, documenting findings for cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze user behavior and usage patterns within Linear to inform model improvements.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to share insights and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Communicate process details clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with Linear at the user level, including hands‑on experience testing and evaluating its workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to interpret user behavior data and translate it into actionable AI training recommendations.
