Linehaul Lead – Logistics

About the role

Oversee and manage end-to‑end line haul operations across Pakistan, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and secure movement of goods between hubs and sorting centers. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize routing, fleet utilization, transit times, and service reliability. Coordinate closely with local logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams to resolve disruptions and ensure seamless handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end‑to‑end line haul operations across Pakistan.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise routing, fleet utilisation, transit times and service reliability.
• Monitor daily linehaul performance through KPIs such as on‑time departure/arrival, cost per kilometre, vehicle utilisation and incident rate, driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate closely with local logistics partners, carriers and internal teams to resolve disruptions and ensure seamless handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations, specifically in linehaul, freight or long‑haul trucking management in Pakistan.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale ground transportation networks, including vendor management and route optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision‑making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics tracking systems.
• Experience in route optimisation.
