LinkedIn Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

About the role

Ibex Structures is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive who will use LinkedIn to generate new B2B opportunities for its adventure‑park and climbing‑wall solutions. The position is commission‑based and focuses on building relationships with decision‑makers across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Search LinkedIn daily for organisations in adventure parks, theme parks, resorts, housing societies, real‑estate developers, schools, government, military, municipalities, tourist destinations and related fields.
• Identify key decision‑makers such as CEOs, project managers, procurement managers, architects, landscape consultants and directors.
• Send personalised connection requests and follow‑up messages to initiate contact.
• Present Ibex Structures’ portfolio—including zipline systems, giant swings, high‑rope courses, climbing walls, adventure towers, free‑fall activities, rope bridges, children’s playgrounds and outdoor fitness equipment—in a professional manner.
• Arrange online meetings between prospects and senior management.
• Maintain a lead database and regularly update outreach progress.
• Persistently follow up until a project is awarded.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn networking and outreach.
• Proven track record in B2B lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Comfortable speaking with international clients.
• Knowledge of construction, recreation, tourism or engineering projects is a plus.
