We are seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join our client on a contractual basis. The role involves providing legal expertise for mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and develop transaction strategies.
• Work with cross‑functional teams such as finance, operations, and management to ensure seamless execution of deals.
