Maintenance & Construction Coordinator – Night Shift

About the role

Active8 is seeking a detail‑oriented Maintenance & Construction Coordinator to support its US retail network from our Karachi back‑office. Working the night shift, you will ensure that facility‑related tickets are resolved quickly and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, prioritize and close maintenance tickets using the internal tracking system.
• Source US‑based vendors, obtain competitive repair quotes and manage vendor communications.
• Follow up on all open tickets until the repair work is completed and documented.
• Review vendor quotes for accuracy and alignment with budget constraints.
• Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, costs and documentation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in construction coordination, facilities maintenance, or a similar ticket‑based operations role.
• Excellent verbal and written English for interaction with US subcontractors.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to long‑term employment.
• Willingness to work onsite night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM) six days a week.
