Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) – Gujrat

About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of its electrical systems and equipment in Gujrat. The role focuses on diagnosing faults, implementing preventive maintenance, and using maintenance management tools while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and repair mobile phones and related equipment sent by customers or distributors.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults on production and support equipment.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Utilise a maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, report progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on issues, answer technical queries, and support the service consultant when needed.
• Assist managers with various tasks to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Resident of Gujrat, Pakistan.
• Strong background in Electrical Engineering.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and safety‑focused.
• Excellent communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently without managing a team.
