Maintenance Engineer – Gujranwala

About the role

Our client is seeking a diligent Maintenance Engineer to join its Gujranwala facility. The role focuses on keeping mobile‑phone repair equipment operating at peak efficiency through systematic inspections, troubleshooting and the use of maintenance management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Receive mobile phones from customers or distributors, log them and perform repair activities.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Study technical manuals and specialised material related to mobile‑phone hardware.
• Provide timely feedback on issues and track resolution results.
• Answer professional and technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the manager or director with various tasks to improve operational performance.
• Cover for service consultants when they are unavailable and undertake any additional duties assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Residency in Gujranwala.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to a long‑term career.
• Proactive, independent problem‑solver with no team‑management responsibilities.
