Maintenance Incharge – Liquid Processing & Pasteurization

About the role

The Maintenance Incharge will ensure continuous operation, reliability and safety of liquid processing and pasteurisation lines. You will lead a maintenance team, manage plant utilities and drive preventive maintenance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily upkeep and repair of liquid processing machinery and pasteurisation equipment.
• Manage plant utilities including industrial refrigeration (chillers), high‑pressure compressed air systems and boilers.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures across the processing area.
• Maintain strict compliance with food‑safety and industrial‑hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a liquid‑processing environment; pasteurisation experience highly desirable.
• Hands‑on knowledge of dairy processing machinery and industrial utility systems (HVAC, compressors, electrical load).
• Previous work in the dairy or liquid‑food sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate with production departments.
