Maintenance Supervisor – Batching Plants

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Supervisors to lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for our batching plants and associated equipment. The role involves ensuring high equipment availability, safety compliance, and efficient coordination with production and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of batching plants, mixers, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic systems, compressors, hydraulic units and batching controls.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Monitor condition of mixer assemblies, bearings, rollers, chains and drive systems.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with production and site operations.
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and maintenance manpower.
• Enforce compliance with HSE standards and OEM maintenance guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in batching plant maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of gearboxes, hydraulic systems, motors and electrical troubleshooting.
• Prior experience with Stetter batching plants is preferred.
