Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the mechanical and electrical upkeep of its Faisalabad plant. The role ensures that all equipment operates safely, complies with regulatory standards, and supports uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Support mechanics and electricians, guaranteeing maintenance tasks meet established standards.
• Analyse equipment logs, schedule critical maintenance using maintenance management software, and allocate resources to minimise production downtime.
• Troubleshoot unexpected breakdowns, collaborate with operators, and liaise with equipment vendors for technical guidance.
• Respond swiftly to work orders, repair malfunctioning machines, and keep a detailed shift logbook.
• Document operational records, track performance metrics, and report findings to the Maintenance Manager.
• Provide shift handovers, lead morning, afternoon, night, or break‑shift teams.
• Work with the QHSE team to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Mentor and train the maintenance crew, staying updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical/electrical plant maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
