Management Trainee – Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer to join our Business Development team in Lahore. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and solution alignment within a fast‑growing technology services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Present company services clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match client requirements with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Keep lead and client data updated in the CRM or tracking system.
• Support the business development team in achieving growth and sales targets.

Required profile

• 0–6 months of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development services, including MERN Stack and AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear internal notes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong follow‑up and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools is a plus.
• Excellent relationship‑building and professional communication skills.
