About the role

The Management Trainee – Corporate Communication will support the brand’s online presence by monitoring social channels, engaging with audiences, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in community management, reputation monitoring, and digital communication within a fast‑moving corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social media platforms for comments, mentions, tags, and direct messages.
• Respond to audience inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyze complaints and sentiment data to recommend improvements to community management practices.
• Escalate technical, medical, or product‑related queries to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of flagged content and actions taken.
• Ensure all communications comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate from a recognized university accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• 0‑2 years of experience in community management or digital communications.
• Strong written English and excellent communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
