Management Trainee – HR Data Analytics & Org Design

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer position focuses on applying data analytics to human resources and organizational design. It is aimed at fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to work with real HR data, dashboards and automation in a modern, data‑driven HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR‑related datasets to generate insights that support people and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency of HR reporting and analysis.
• Gain exposure to rewards analytics, including compensation and benefits data.
• Support organizational design initiatives by applying data‑driven evidence to workforce structuring.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about people‑focused problems.
• Interest in building a career at the intersection of data, HR and organizational strategy.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, formulas and data visualisation).
• Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
