About the role

Duseca Software SMC Pvt. Limited, a mobile and web application development company serving international clients, is recruiting fresh BBA graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) programme in Business Development at its Islamabad office. Selected candidates receive professional mentorship and hands-on training, with the chance to move into a full-time position after completing the programme.

Required profile

• Fresh BBA graduate, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
• Interest in sales, client management and business development
• Ability to handle multiple client queries and tasks efficiently
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Willingness to work full time and on site at the Islamabad office
