US Group is launching a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program for ambitious graduates eager to start their careers in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Apparel Merchandising, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Environmental Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- A growth mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
