Manager Accounting & Finance

About the role

You will lead the accounting and finance function, combining rigorous technical expertise with strategic partnership across the business. As a problem‑solver and mentor, you will raise accounting standards, drive financial strategy, and empower your team to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and treasury.
• Direct month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial statements.
• Design, implement and maintain internal controls and SOX‑compliant processes.
• Coordinate the annual external audit as the primary point of contact.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in partnership with department heads.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, sales & use tax compliance, and working‑capital optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related quantitative field.
• Active CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with full month‑end close, complex US GAAP reporting, and external audit coordination.
