Manager Enterprise Risk

About the role

JazzWorld’s Enterprise Risk Management function seeks a Manager Enterprise Risk to lead the analytical engine that identifies, assesses, and reports strategic, financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance risks. You will translate uncertainty into clear, decision‑ready insight for senior leadership and the Business Risk Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the enterprise risk register in line with group methodology.
• Assess operational and financial impact of key risks with business stakeholders.
• Partner with Planning to evaluate risk effects on the business plan, budget, KPIs, and financial statements, tracking mitigating actions.
• Develop risk heat maps and periodic ERM reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor major initiatives, flag emerging risks, and follow up on strategic impact.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams to surface and track regulatory and sanctions risks.
• Support the Business Risk Committee by preparing materials, issuing minutes, and maintaining governance records.
• Champion a proactive, transparent risk‑awareness culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Analytical thinker comfortable with numbers, narrative, and stakeholder interaction.
• Background in risk, finance, audit, actuarial science, strategy, consulting, or engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in enterprise/operational risk, planning, business analysis, internal audit, or a related commercial function.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, PRM) is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of global ERM frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM) preferred.
• Strong grounding in finance, economics, and commercial judgment.
