Manager MIS & Reporting (Risk Analytics)

About the role

The Manager, MIS & Reporting (Risk Analytics) will lead the development and maintenance of analytical tools that identify, assess and monitor credit and market risks for the bank. This role supports senior leadership by turning complex data into actionable insights that protect the institution’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a risk analytics strategy aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and business goals.
• Develop and maintain advanced statistical models for credit risk using data‑mining and statistical techniques.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, risk indicators and potential exposures across portfolios.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for business unit leaders and executives.
• Implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of risk reports.
• Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams to address risk gaps and meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Commerce or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in banking or financial‑services risk analytics.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and the financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and make decisions under pressure.
