Manager – Retail Wealth Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Retail Wealth Technology function within our banking division. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, stable, and compliant wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Manage end‑to‑end system integrations across internal platforms and third‑party/vendor solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Oversee the delivery of enhancements and new features in an Agile environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in banking technology, specifically wealth management, investment trading, or remittance platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technology Manager or Functional Lead.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant banking or technology certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Wealth Management, Investment Trading or Remittance platform experience.
• System integration expertise with Windows/Web server environments.
• Middleware and communication technologies: SFTP, MQ, SWIFT.
• Development knowledge in .NET or Java.
• SQL, Oracle or other relational databases.
• Azure cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Job scheduling tools and batch processing.
• Agile delivery methodology.
