Manager Statutory Reporting

About the role

The Company is seeking a Manager Statutory Reporting to lead its statutory financial reporting function. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant preparation and submission of quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS, the Companies Act, SECP regulations and PSX requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of standalone and consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
• Coordinate with finance and business teams to gather reporting packs, schedules and explanations required for statutory reporting.
• Maintain and update the IFRS disclosure checklist and assess the impact of new IFRS standards.
• Act as the primary finance liaison for external statutory audits, managing audit timetables, schedules and audit adjustments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and standardisation of reporting schedules, disclosures and audit requests.
• Promote effective use of SAP, reporting tools and digital solutions to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (CA, ACCA) preferred.
• Relevant experience in statutory financial reporting, regulatory compliance and managing external audits.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations and PSX reporting requirements.
