Manager, Strategy & Ops Planning (S&OP) – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our Strategy & Planning team. The Manager S&OP will coordinate across Logistics, Fulfillment, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Regional teams to provide insights, operational visibility and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between departments, ensuring alignment of initiatives and delivering data‑driven insights to management.
• Lead a team of analysts to extract, deep‑dive into, and manipulate data for root‑cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Provide daily operational visibility, support campaign execution and mitigate risks related to ageing items and delivery performance.
• Support logistics and fulfillment optimization projects aimed at increasing delivery speed, reducing errors and recovering shipping fees.
• Lead end‑to‑end operations planning, producing accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts and translating sales forecasts into operational activities.
• Assist in financial performance analysis, comparing forecasted budgets to actual results and conducting ROI assessments for strategic projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Operations, Logistics or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical expertise in data analysis, forecasting and strategic decision‑making.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and reporting skills.
