Market Change and Communications Lead (1-year contract)

About the role

The Market Change and Communications Lead will drive successful change within the Karachi market as part of a large‑scale transformation programme. Reporting to the Market Deployment Lead, this role localises global change strategies, addresses cultural and regulatory nuances, and ensures a consistent, people‑centred experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market‑level change plan aligned with wave and global strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for all change activities impacting employees in the market.
• Tailor global and wave change initiatives to local needs while preserving the credibility of the global approach.
• Lead local market Change Impact Sessions and ensure effective employee engagement.
• Partner with the Market Deployment Lead, BU/Wave Change Lead, local leadership and functional teams to deliver an integrated change experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading market‑level change programmes within a transformation context.
• Ability to translate global change strategies into localized actions that respect cultural, regulatory and operational nuances.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional leaders and deployment teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey change messages to employees.
