Market Manager – Australian Education Programs

About the role

The Market Manager Australia will lead marketing initiatives to promote Australian education programmes to prospective students in Pakistan. Based in Faisalabad, this full‑time position works closely with counseling teams to align outreach with student needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting Australian education opportunities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Manage student outreach campaigns, including digital content, social media, seminars and information sessions.
• Organise events and information sessions in collaboration with Australian institutions.
• Prepare promotional materials and track campaign performance to optimise recruitment outcomes.
• Report regularly on market trends, campaign results and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing and student recruitment, preferably in overseas or higher education.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess data and report on performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students, parents and institutional partners.
• Proven organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education or related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Australian higher education systems and visa processes is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Faisalabad and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
