Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

The Marketing Assistant Manager will support SZABIST’s marketing department in developing and executing strategic campaigns, managing budgets, and creating compelling content across multiple channels. This role combines analytical insight with creative execution to enhance the university’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect marketing intelligence by analyzing competitors to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in preparing and managing annual budgets, admission campaigns, event plans, media plans, progress reports, and giveaway distribution records.
• Create, publish, and distribute content across social media, websites, SMS, live chat, blogs, emails, photographs, and videos to communicate SZABIST’s core messages.
• Design and coordinate layouts for official publications such as handbooks, prospectuses, catalogs, newsletters, convocation booklets, annual reports, brochures, posters, flyers, and event materials.
• Promote the university’s image through corporate advertisements and press releases in leading newspapers.
• Develop pre‑event promotional materials and manage post‑event communications, including press releases, media coverage, video content, interviews, and photographs.
• Maintain relationships with external partners like advertising agencies, vendors, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and media channels.
• Coordinate event logistics on‑site with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of convocations, conferences, and education expos.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Advertising or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or communications.
