Marketing & Government Tender Executive

About the role

Fine Ad Communication is looking for a motivated, skilled and professional person to join its growing team. The role combines corporate marketing and business development with government tender documentation and submission, and covers client acquisition and lead generation across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients and business opportunities, and generate leads across Pakistan.
• Build relationships with procurement, marketing and trade marketing departments, and handle client communications, meetings, follow-ups and quotations.
• Manage vendor registration and supplier onboarding with corporate organizations.
• Prepare company profiles, proposals, presentations and business offers.
• Search for government tenders and review notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and deadlines.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, BOQs and supporting paperwork, and submit bids through government procurement portals such as e-PADS.
• Coordinate collection of company documents, certificates and tax records, maintain tender records and follow-ups, and ensure bids are submitted on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development or government tendering.
• Practical knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills; strong organization and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently on client acquisition, tender documentation and business development.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and professional email writing.
• Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals and tender documents.
• Familiarity with e-PADS, PPRA rules and procurement portals is preferred.
