Marketing Lead (AI Native)

About the role

We develop and sell go‑to‑market software and run a services company on the same platform. As Marketing Lead you will own demand generation, measuring qualified inbound and outbound leads, and help protect revenue when the product is weak. This role blends growth marketing with deep AI automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand generation and track qualified inbound/outbound conversations.
• Run outbound cold‑email campaigns together with the GTM engineer.
• Optimize search and answer‑engine (SEO, AEO, GEO) performance.
• Launch and manage paid‑acquisition initiatives.
• Review platform listings (G2, Capterra, etc.) and handle analytics & attribution.
• Create launch assets such as product pages, one‑pagers and comparison documents.
• Transform ad‑hoc work into repeatable, scalable systems.
• Manage a technical marketer, a content lead, and coordinate external video and design vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably for technical products.
• Proven ability to conduct independent analysis and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong AI proficiency, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining AI agents in a code repository.
• Track record of automating marketing tasks rather than relying on engineering resources.

Required skills

• Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Design, deployment and scheduling of AI agents in repositories.
• SEO, AEO and GEO optimization techniques.
• Paid‑acquisition platform management.
• Analytics and attribution tooling.
