About the role
Join BMA Investment Advisors as a Management Trainee in Marketing & Content Creation. This full‑time onsite position is ideal for young professionals who love social media, enjoy being on camera, and want to develop marketing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging Reels, posts, stories, and short‑form videos for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Appear on‑camera and shoot content for brand campaigns.
- Support offline marketing collaterals and campaign execution.
- Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and stay updated on social media trends.
Required profile
- 0‑6 months of experience; passion and willingness to learn are essential.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera with a presentable personality.
- Good spoken English and a creative, experimental mindset.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Basic mobile shooting and video editing skills; prior content samples are a plus.
