Marketing Manager – Fashion & Retail

About the role

Dhaga is seeking a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy and oversee execution across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to strengthen brand positioning, grow the customer base, and drive measurable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the overall marketing strategy, monthly plans and campaign calendar.
• Plan collection launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand storytelling.
• Oversee social media, content direction, influencer marketing, PR and paid advertising, coordinating the team and external partners.
• Plan exhibitions, pop‑ups, retail activations, university campaigns and brand ambassador programmes.
• Build brand partnerships and identify new opportunities to reach customers.
• Develop the founder’s personal‑brand content and public‑facing marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative direction across the website, stores and marketing channels.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, briefs and team responsibilities.
• Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement and sales impact, and use findings to improve future activity.
• Research customer behaviour, competitors and fashion trends to identify relevant opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and managing marketing across multiple channels.
• Fashion, lifestyle, retail or e‑commerce experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing and customer acquisition.
• Ability to turn creative ideas into practical campaigns and oversee delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation and analytical skills.
• A portfolio of campaigns showing your role and measurable results.
