Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a leading multinational consumer electronics brand in Pakistan. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive brand growth, market share and customer engagement across digital, traditional and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure ROI‑focused investments.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms in line with global guidelines.
• Strengthen brand presence in Pakistan through PR, CSR, sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
• Plan and execute 360° campaigns (TV, digital, OOH, print, radio) and seasonal promotions.
• Lead digital strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing and social media management.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, sales and product teams for go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.
• Manage a team of marketing executives and agency partners, ensuring alignment with global branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10–15 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Industry experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, telecom or similar fast‑paced sector.
• Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
